Myoko Kogen Ski Resort

Situated at the base of Mt Myoko and located less than 1 hour north of Nagano City, Myoko Kogen ski resort was established early in the 19th century and is one of the largest ski areas in Japan.

Myoko Kogen has 3 main ski areas being Akakura, Suginohara and Ikenotaire as well as a bunch of other ski resorts nearby. It has an abundance of history and tradition with many properties offering ski in/ski out access to the slopes.

Offering everything from easy beginner runs to big verticals as well as excellent gladed tree runs, Myoko Kogen ski resort has something for everyone of all abilities. Boasting more than 13+ Metres of snow each winter, Myoko Kogen is known for its deep dry powder!
